To oversee and manage all on-site activities for apartments, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget, and meets high quality standards. This role combines strategic site management with hands‑on supervision of crews and subcontractors
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Plan, organise, and manage daily site operations
Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and senior management
Supervise site staff and subcontractors
Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity
Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks
Maintain risk assessments and ensure compliance with apartment-specificstandards (e.g. fire safety and working at height)
Quality & Progress Monitoring:
Inspect work for apartment quality and adherence to specifications
Maintain daily logs and progress reports for phased completions
Resource Management:
Oversee material orders, deliveries, and equipment usage
Control costs and minimise waste
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as Site Manager / General Foreman on apartment or multi‑unit residential projects
Knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards for residential developments
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to interpret apartment‑specific technical drawings and plans
Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
