We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.
Job Description
The role is multi-faceted, involving project management, surveying, and report writing. You will have responsibility for:
* End-to-end project support from feasibility to planning, execution, and delivery of projects, delivered within scope, budget, and scheduled constraints.
* Project types will be a combination of business improvements, compliance, and new site fitouts.
* Managing the flow of project information between the team and associated departments through regular meetings and written communication.
* Liaising with brands and contractors to deliver bespoke projects within retail stores.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Construction Contractor or Local Consultancy.
* Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or a related field.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Excellent level of report writing skills.
* Exceptional communication and computer skills.
