Job Purpose
As a warehouse operator in our business unit, you will work with other team members to ensure the stocking of incoming raw materials and the picking of orders for production in the TOL Process, meeting our company’s needs. We have a Day Shift available.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stocking of incoming raw materials and picking of orders for production in the TOL Process, including substrates, cups, and cartons (back-up role).
2. Highlighting discrepancies and participating in weekly/monthly cycle counts.
3. Participating in annual physical inventory counts.
4. Monitoring stock levels, excess lenses, and issues with stocking/picking processes and locations.
5. Acting as key contact for root cause analysis with OLM supplied substrates and suggesting improvements.
6. Conducting monthly warehouse inspections and completing reports.
7. Participating in housekeeping, safety activities, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous improvement projects like 5S, material recycling, etc.
8. Supporting warehouse paperwork, filing, scanning, and general duties like moving and wrapping pallets.
9. Supporting non-lens receipt processes and maintaining daily receiving logs.
Key Requirements
* Warehouse experience is an advantage.
