ERP Implementation Project Manager – IT & Supply Chain
Hybrid – 3 days in Dublin office
12-month fixed-term contract
Our client is upgrading its ERP system, impacting key business areas such as operations, distribution, logistics, and finance. Alongside this, we are implementing additional systems and infrastructure upgrades to enhance overall business efficiency.
We already have a dedicated team member overseeing project governance, PMO, and change management. Now, we are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to take charge of delivery and execution—ensuring projects are successfully implemented on time and within budget.
Your Role:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP and related IT system projects.
* Work closely with internal IT teams, external vendors, and key business stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
* Oversee system automation, integrations, infrastructure upgrades, and process enhancements.
* Provide regular progress updates to project sponsors and the executive team.
* Take a hands-on approach—ensuring project execution with energy, ownership, and precision.
What You Bring:
* 5+ years' experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on ERP implementation and system integration.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects (ERP, POS, applications, infrastructure) within retail, wholesale, or supply chain sectors.
* Solid technical knowledge of ERP upgrades, automation, data migration, and system integration.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and report at senior levels.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project execution skills.
