About the Position
This dynamic role will be reporting directly into the Training Lead and will be key to maintaining up-to-date training records and supporting the training team in general.
Key Responsibilities
* Working closely with Training Specialists to support department training requirements
* Maintaining up-to-date training records and supporting the training team in general
* Tracking performance against training plans and providing reports regularly to support site and functional areas, with an objective to drive performance and compliance
Requirements
* Third level education or equivalent professional experience in a similar role is essential
* Experience using Learning Management Systems is required (i.e., MasterControl, Success Factors)
* Experience as a training coordinator, with an understanding of training systems is a key requirement of the role
