We are currently recruiting a Senior Physiotherapist specialising in Pelvic Health to join a Primary Care Team based in Athleague, Co. Roscommon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a community setting delivering specialist care to adults with pelvic health conditions. You will play a key role in providing high-quality, patient-centred care while working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Physiotherapist: Provide specialist assessment and treatment for pelvic health conditions including: Urinary and faecal incontinence Pelvic organ prolapse Antenatal and postnatal musculoskeletal conditions Chronic pelvic pain Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment programmes Deliver education and advice to patients to support self-management Work collaboratively with GPs, consultants, midwives, nurses, and other allied health professionals Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards Participate in service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives Requirements for the Senior Physiotherapist: Degree in Physiotherapy CORU registration Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience Demonstrated experience in pelvic health physiotherapy Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Desirable Postgraduate training in pelvic health physiotherapy Experience in primary care or community settings Experience delivering group education sessions Whats on Offer Competitive HSE-aligned salary Opportunity to work within a specialist pelvic health service Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing professional development opportunities Valuable experience in a community-based role Contact Us: If you or someone you know is interested in this position, please send a copy of your CV to If you refer a candidate to us who is successfully hired, we can offer you a €150 thank you bonus!
