Job Title: Staff Grade Clinical Psychologist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Grade Clinical Psychologist to join our team of professionals working with children and families in our network.
* Join a collaborative and child-centred team with a strong focus on family involvement.
* Be part of a multidisciplinary team with regular supervision, CPD support, and peer learning.
You will have the opportunity to work with children aged 0-18 with a range of developmental needs, conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing tailored intervention plans. You will also deliver evidence-based therapies for children with neurodevelopmental conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and sensory or emotional needs.
In this role, you will contribute to Individual Family Support Plans (IFSPs) and provide guidance to families. You will also offer psychoeducation, counselling, and care planning to empower caregivers. Additionally, you will take part in Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) case discussions, joint sessions, and service development initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychology and/or Chartered Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychologist through PSI. You will also require experience working with children and young people with complex needs. Strong skills in psychological assessment, intervention planning, and family support are essential, as is excellent communication and teamwork ability.

Eligibility Criteria
* Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychology and/or Chartered Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychologist through PSI.
* Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
* Strong skills in psychological assessment, intervention planning, and family support.
* Excellent communication and teamwork ability.
