Human Resources Business Partner Role
This role presents an exceptional chance for a seasoned HR Professional to assume full responsibility across the HR remit, with the support of a dedicated HR Consultant and Administrator. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to exercise their expertise while enjoying a clear progression pathway.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing operational and strategic support to all employees across the company sites, including:
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
* Collaborating with the finance department regarding weekly and monthly payroll
* Providing specialist HR guidance to managers and employees on various queries
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HR Generalist roles is required, along with expertise in absence management, performance management, and recruitment. A CIPD Qualification or HR Degree is preferred.
