Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic support to the General Manager across all hotel operations.
Lead, motivate, and engage employees to consistently deliver excellence in service.
Maintain the highest standards of customer care throughout the property.
Oversee and manage day-to-day hotel activities across all departments.
Drive revenue, profitability, and quality targets through effective leadership and up-selling strategies.
Deputise for the General Manager in their absence.
Support and guide the management team to achieve both operational and financial objectives.
Ensure financial targets are consistently met and exceeded.
Foster a positive working environment with a strong culture of customer focus.
Candidate Profile: Strong background in hotel management, ideally within a 4* property.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
A passion for hospitality, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
A proactive and hands-on leader with excellent communication skills.
