Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner (Around the Airport) Immediate start Salary per year: €80, per year 6 month Contract Role: Elicit and document requirements from multiple business units; develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for agile delivery.
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
Monitor KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical squads; facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions with a broad range of internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to elicit, define and prioritise detailed business requirements.
Ensure alignment with broader functional and technical requirements (e.g. enterprise solution architecture, IT security, data governance, ethical AI principles, regulatory requirements).
Work with Scrum Masters, development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are understood, prioritised, and implemented as expected.
Support the Programme Manager in programme delivery, ensuring transparency of progress, and managing risks and dependencies.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst working on large-scale projects in a complex operational or technical environment.
Experience in process improvement, automation, data analytics, machine learning, or AI technologies is a plus.
Highly organised and detail-oriented; able to proactively identify solutions that meet business needs, are fit for purpose, and represent value for money.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and facilitate effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Self-driven and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to outcomes.
Naturally curious and always looking to improve — willing to challenge the status quo when needed.
Experience working in highly matrixed organisations where influencing without direct authority is key.
Certifications in business analysis (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Scrum) would be beneficial.
Experience working in an agile delivery model; familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is advantageous.
