* This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our products to businesses and healthcare professionals.
* The successful candidate will create and manage content for digital and print marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and product brochures.
* They will work closely with product teams to understand the technical aspects of devices and translate them into clear, persuasive marketing messages.
* Maintenance of market trends, customer feedback, and competitors analysis to optimize campaigns and drive business results is also required.
* Apart from this, attending trade shows, webinars, and industry events to represent the brand and build relationships with key stakeholders is part of this role.
* Working closely with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and sales goals is another responsibility of this position.
* Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve performance is an important task.
Requirements:
* Candidates should have a third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Technology or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in medical devices or technology.
* Proven experience with B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
* Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
* Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
