Dolmen Insurance Brokers is looking at adding to its busy and growing Personal Lines Team in Artane Dublin 5. The successful candidate would be working in a Personal Lines Department with a pathway to Underwriting or Commercial opportunities in the future. The role is flexible and hybrid.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking to fill a number of roles both admin and phone based.The successful candidates would be responsible for quoting, following up and completing sales of car, home, commercial motor, travel and other similar productsMeet new business and renewal closing targets both personally and part of the teamIdentify cross-selling prospects for additional products and arrange follow-up calls with customers for future sales opportunitiesHelp retain customers who are due for renewalBuild relationships with our potential and existing customers, underwriters and other personnelProcessing back office and quality control paperworkQualificationsAPA or CIP qualified (or working towards) but not a necessity if the candidate has prior telesales experiencePrepared to work in a team environmentPrevious Insurance experience is desirableBe well-organised, results driven and capable of working to tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent Attention to detailTraining will be provided but a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook would be advantageousPlease send your CV to
