This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is confident handling confidential information and legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out day-to-day administrative duties including correspondence, post handling, document filing (including court filings), and general office support.
Log and prioritise enquiries, telephone calls, and complaints, ensuring updates are provided to the relevant supervisor or manager.
Assist in the drafting, preparation, and issue of legal and court-related documents.
Maintain and update databases, records, and case management systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Support colleagues across the department to ensure efficient service delivery and workflow.
Understand how the departments activities contribute to overall service performance and client outcomes.
Handle all information and documentation with confidentiality and discretion, maintaining professional standards at all times.
Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a legal, public sector, or professional services environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with databases and document management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
