Job Overview

The Billing and Licence Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the Asset and Governance team, enabling the enterprise to achieve its strategic goals. As a core member of this team, you will be responsible for preparing ESBT Commercial Client's billing schedules and biannual invoicing for the tower business in ESBT using an internal billing database.

This role requires strong numerical and data accuracy, as well as experience working within a structured process-driven environment. The successful candidate must be capable of working as part of a flexible team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate auditing of all Telecommunications Towers equipment count for invoicing purposes. They will also prepare, review, and renew Licenses, Addendums for ESBT customers, as well as fibre billing schedules in line with individual customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparation of ESBT Commercial Client's billing schedules and biannual invoicing for the tower business in ESBT using an internal billing database.
* Ensuring accurate auditing of all Telecommunications Towers equipment count for invoicing purposes.
* Preparation, reviewing, and renewal of Licenses, Addendums for ESBT customers.
* Preparation of fibre billing schedules in line with the individual customer contracts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a background in an administrative or finance role, with experience of working within a structured process-driven environment. They should possess strong numerical and data accuracy, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, they should be able to work on their own initiative, be proactive and motivated, and have proficient IT skills.
