OverviewCLS is currently going through an unprecedented and exciting period of growth and development and is looking for dedicated, solutions driven team members with a flexible approach, who want to be part of the company's continued success.Founded in 1994, Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) is the highest accredited contract laboratory in Ireland, providing industry-leading sampling and analysis; and fully trained micro and analytical analysts on contract to clients in the food, environmental, medical device, biopharmaceutical, and pharmaceutical sectors.We offer bespoke managed service solutions that give clients the option of having our expert team on-site at their own facility or outsourcing those services to us here at CLS.Position SummaryDuties and responsibilities may vary between clients but generally, the role will involve monitoring and evaluating operational processes and outputs to ensure they meet established quality standards, and analyzing data, conducting audits and working closely with various teams to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.This role requires flexibility to work at any location across Ireland. Initial training will take place in Galway, after which candidates must be open to relocation as required.Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in product and process quality.Perform regular quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance.Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Analyse test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements.Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to products and processes.All other reasonable duties as assigned by your manager.Where you've come from:A qualification in Science, Quality, Engineering, or other relevant discipline,Preferably a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality Control/Quality Assurance role.Practical experience working in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory or comparable quality environment.Strong understanding of quality systems, document control, root cause analysis and CAPA processes.Experience with LIMS or laboratory data management systems and competency with Microsoft Office applications.Who You AreExcellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and interact professionally with colleagues and clients.Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional shift or weekend cover, as business needs require.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, data integrity and high standards of safety and quality.What We OfferOpportunity to join a growing, accredited laboratory with a strong focus on quality and professional development.Supportive team environment and ongoing training to develop your technical and quality skills.Competitive salary and benefits package in line with experience and role requirements.CLS is an equal opportunities employer.
