Key Responsibilitiese Commerce & Social Commerce Management Manage and optimize e Commerce operations across Tik Tok Shop, Shopee and Lazada, including product listings, pricing, promotions and campaigns.
Plan and execute sales initiatives such as mega campaigns, flash sales, vouchers and bundles.
Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social commerce and performance marketing channels.
Oversee content planning for short-form videos, product showcases, livestreams and campaign creatives.
Livestream & Campaign Execution Plan and manage livestream commerce initiatives, including schedules, scripts, hosts and product selection.
Coordinate campaign execution timelines and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and analyse KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC and revenue contribution.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
Optimise marketing spend and campaign performance based on data.
Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with operations, logistics, finance and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer experience.
Manage relationships with platform representatives and external partners.
Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in e Commerce and digital marketing.
Proven experience managing Tik Tok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.
Experience in social commerce, digital campaigns and performance marketing is required.
Experience in managing livestream commerce is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of e Commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise results.
Good project management and organisational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information This role may require flexibility in working hours to support campaign launches or livestream activities.
