OverviewSales Executive – New Maintenance Business: As an Elevator/Escalator New Maintenance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and developing new customer opportunities/relationships. You will work with the customer to identify their service requirements, aligned with KONE maintenance and digital solutions. The role will be both office and field based with an expectation of face-to-face meetings with potential clients. You need to be collaborative in your approach and able to influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, as well as building sustainable partnerships.ResponsibilitiesProactively develops and creates customer relationships in your area of responsibility.Accountable for developing KONE position in your customer base or market area.Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team (e.g., cross-selling).Ensures customer satisfaction and resolves complaints with the rest of the KONE team.Documents customer and contact information and maintains customer data.Proactively generates opportunities outside of the KONE customer base.Handles RFQs and manages all portals for leads.Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits and ensures timely reporting.Finds customer needs and ensures KONE solutions meet those needs; price using approved tendering tools and optimize prices and discounts within authority.Ensures contract contents align with negotiation outcomes and maintains CRM records.Drives execution of the individual sales plan.Skills and experience requiredProven experience in sales and customer relationship management.Industry or service background is desirable.Strong ability to communicate with customers, present, negotiate, and manage tendering processes and aftersales activities; understanding of contractual and financial terms.Proven experience in writing and managing large tenders.Good IT skills and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).Excellent written and spoken English; good knowledge of contractual and financial terms.What KONE can offerCompetitive Salary21 days holidayPension SchemeDevelopment opportunities and development reviewsSupport from experienced leaders in lifts and escalator industryCarQuarterly CommissionHybrid Working
