Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing or a related function.
* Experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, with a focus on managing indirect spend categories.
Preferred qualifications:
* Advanced degree or certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams consisting of various internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience supporting initiatives from strategy to execution and delivering results.
* Knowledge of stakeholder, agreement, and performance management, supplier analysis, strategic planning, and procurement process.
* Ability to participate on cross-functional or global teams, including partnering with suppliers and partners to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
* Strong problem solving, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
* Support development and execution of category strategies aligned with organizational objectives for assigned indirect spend categories.
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
* Support execution of sourcing strategies, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within designated categories.
* Analyze spending patterns, market trends, and identify value opportunities within the category.
* Analyze procurement data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category.
