Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Area Managers, driving performance across all key business metrics.
Analyse sales performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic targets and financial objectives.
Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and implement performance‑enhancing initiatives.
Recruit, train, and develop Area Managers, fostering a high‑performance culture through regular performance appraisals.
Develop and execute regional business plans that align with organisational goals.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational excellence and commercial success.
Continuously review store operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
Ensure all locations consistently adhere to company policies, standards, and best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior management, preferably in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
Experience managing budgets, analysing financial performance, and producing management reports.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate multi‑site teams.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven, with the ability to take ownership and drive performance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region as required.
