Job Description:
Working across a Community Care division, the Quality Assurance Coordinator will assist the Group Quality Director to manage the Quality Management System.
Reporting to the Group Quality Director, this full-time role will be based in Sligo, with travel expected to residential services across the Northwest and western regions.
The ideal candidate must be self-driven, focused, highly motivated, creative, and passionate about engaging with the people the organisation supports daily. The role focuses on ensuring care quality and safety for service users.

Candidate Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in health, social care, or quality management.
* Experience implementing quality systems in care environments.
* Knowledge of risk management, incident management, and review processes.
* Understanding of regulations, standards, and inspections.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently with initiative and creativity.
* Proficiency in report writing and managing records electronically and in hard copy.
* At least one year of experience in a social care setting.
* Full driver's license with eligibility to drive in Ireland and access to a vehicle.
* Legal eligibility to work in Ireland without restrictions.
