Job Title : Sustainability Consultant/Engineer Location : Kilkenny office with opportunities for Hybrid/remote work for the right candidate.
Some on site work may be required.
Experience : 3+years desirable Responsibilities : NDBER Assessor Domestic Assessor Proficient in IES Modelling LEED assessor Carry out site visit to confirm required measures have been implemented and collect evidence as required.
Prepare thorough, high quality, technical reports which in a clear concise manner, communicate any issues and conclusions Be able to take a high-level initial project/ work brief which is successful managed and converted into a completed project which meets the demands and criteria of client and original specification Requirements : Degree level qualification in Built environment/Building Services/Sustainability 3+Years working in a similar role - essential Accredited LEED AP Strong technical, mechanical electrical knowledge Ability to identify, manage and measure KPI's Familiarity with energy and environmental performance: conceptual energy modelling, daylight analysis, energy audits, renewable energy and rainwater harvesting systems, etc.
Excellent report writing and communication skills Basic technical, mechanical electrical knowledge Experience with LEED BD+C projects Proficient in Microsoft office Self-Motivated Ability to work to tight deadlines Familiar with the LEED Online Portal certification process.
Proven list of completed projects worked on.
