Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering, preferably with experience on groundwork/utility projects.
* Report into the Senior Management Team.
* Oversight of project development, ensuring time and budget targets are met.
* Select and Coordinate Subcontractors.
* Manage site teams, motivating staff to complete work to the highest standard.
* Liaise with the Health & Safety Team, ensuring all requirements are met.
* Ensure accurate completion and processing of all paperwork for reporting purposes.
* Be the primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings and maintaining regular communication.
* Quality control checks on-site.
* Maintenance of optimal cost-effectiveness.
* Coordination and management of daily site meetings.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of management experience.
* Experience in managing multiple civil teams and projects.
* High organizational skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Effective communicator.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
* Full driving license.
