Performance Marketing Lead
This role involves driving digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to boost online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee the creation and optimisation of SEO content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
* Manage paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook and Instagram, including budget management and creative direction.
* Grow and engage organic social media presence through strategic content planning and community management.
* Lead affiliate marketing efforts, including partner engagement and campaign planning.
* Analyse and report on digital marketing channel performance, using data to inform decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Requirements:
* 4+ years in a digital marketing role.
* Strong understanding of SEO, paid and organic social, and affiliate marketing strategies.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to lead projects independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
