We are now looking for a proactive and customer-focused Spare Parts Advisor to join our growing team in Rathangan, Kildare.Responsibilities:Ordering & Purchasing:Source, price, and order spare parts and accessories from approved suppliers.Monitor delivery schedules, follow up on lead times, and maintain accurate purchasing records.Customer Support:Assist customers at the trade counter and by phone, offering advice and technical guidance on machinery parts.Handle customer queries promptly and professionally to ensure excellent service.Stock & Inventory Control:Receive, check, and organize stock deliveries.Maintain an orderly and well-stocked parts store.Support inventory counts and system updates.Dispatch & Logistics:Prepare, pack, and ship orders for local and international customers.Coordinate with couriers and transport partners to ensure timely delivery.General Store Duties:Operate the sales and invoicing system.Load/unload parts deliveries as needed.Contribute to the smooth daily running of the parts department.About You:Interest or background in agricultural or mechanical equipment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with farmers, suppliers, and colleagues.Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.Basic computer literacy (email, data entry, stock systems).Able to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €27,000.00-€42,792.32 per yearBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
