Are you a passionate and experienced culinary leader ready to take charge of a thriving food operation? Molloy's Bar and Grill is looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all aspects of our food service - including The Station Restaurant, bar menu, special events, and private functions.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, consistent food service
Lead, motivate, and support a professional kitchen team
Manage kitchen operations and SOP's
Manage purchasing, stock levels, wastage and food costings
Achieve GP% and LC% as targeted
Plan and develop menus aligned with customer preferences
Ensure full compliance with HACCP and Health & Safety standards
Work closely with the management team to promote and develop the business

We are inviting applications from candidates with the following:
* Culinary qualification (Diploma in Professional Cooking, BA in Culinary Arts, or City & Guilds 706 1/2/3
* Proven experience in a similar kitchen management role within a busy Gastro Pub environment and ideally have carvery experience
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* A team player who can also work independently
* Passion for quality food and excellent customer experience
