KNOW THE ROLE

Lead Own Buy and Concession teams, driving sales growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction through strategic leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities include:

* Leadership & Development: Provide direction to Own Buy and Concession teams, fostering collaboration, high morale, and performance through coaching, mentoring, and structured onboarding.
* Sales & Revenue Growth: Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities/risks, and implement strategies to maximise revenue and exceed targets. Build a sales-driven culture focused on product knowledge, link selling, after-sales, and customer loyalty.
* Concession Optimisation: Review business performance with partners and Area Managers, set ambitious growth targets, and address challenges quickly.
* Standards & Benchmarking: Elevate departmental standards through innovative development programs, advanced coaching, and rigorous performance management.
* Market & Competitive Insight: Analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitor pricing to provide recommendations that strengthen customer experience and competitive edge.
* Strategic Planning: Lead planning for deliveries, events, and seasonal transitions to maximise opportunities.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee Stockroom, Cash Office, Admin, and Online Fulfilment teams. Improve processes to support store and online operations, optimise KPIs, and manage projects that scale efficiency.
* Customer Experience: Minimise missed opportunities by embedding clear, consistent processes across all customer touchpoints.
* Innovation & Change: Champion new models for team structures, service delivery, store environment, and profitability.
