who are expanding their Cork team. We're seeking an experienced
Quantity Surveyor
with strong
high-density residential
project experience to join a leading global practice.
Role Overview
In this role, you'll work closely with clients from feasibility, through detailed design, and into post-contract delivery, supporting major residential developments and ensuring best-practice cost management.
What You'll Do
* Cost planning & feasibility estimates
* Advising clients throughout design development
* Preparing tender documentation & managing procurement
* Post-contract cost control, valuations & reporting
* Working collaboratively with clients, design teams & contractors
What We're Looking For
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or related)
* Experience in
high-density residential construction
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* Solid understanding of cost planning, procurement & contract administration
* Professional membership (or working towards) is an advantage
