We're now looking for a Senior Ad Buyer to take our paid acquisition efforts to the next level.What You'll DoOwn and optimise large-scale campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads (expert level required).Manage and experiment with Meta Ads (strong plus).Implement and maintain server-side tracking setups to ensure reliable attribution and high-quality data.Use SaaS performance metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, retention, cohort analysis, etc.) to evaluate and optimise acquisition strategies.Lead creative ideation for ad concepts, messaging, and formats across channels.Continuously test, iterate, and scale winning campaigns while improving cost efficiency.Collaborate closely with product, data, and creative teams to deliver high-performing user acquisition funnels.What We're Looking ForProven experience managing high-budget Google Ads & Bing Ads campaigns.Experience with server-side tracking (GTM server-side, CAPI, custom setups, etc.).Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and data-driven decision-making.Creative mindset with the ability to propose and validate new ad concepts.Analytical and structured, with strong A/B testing methodology.Experience in JobTech, AI, or fast-growing digital products is a plus.Comfortable in a multicultural environment and able to work 3 days/week from our Dublin office.Why Join UsWork on products that directly impact millions of users worldwide.Join an international, supportive, and ambitious team.Hybrid working model for flexibility and work/life balance.
