Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to patients in line with their individual needs;
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes;
To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably for at least three months. You must also hold current registration with NISCC or be willing to apply. Additionally, you should be prepared to undertake all mandatory training courses required by the trust.
