Healthcare Chef Grade 1 Lead kitchen operations and oversee food service standards Collaborate with clinical teams and dietitians for tailored patient meals Supervise junior kitchen staff and maintain workflow efficiency Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols Healthcare Chef Grade 2 Support day-to-day meal preparation and food service Follow set dietary guidelines and portion standards Assist in maintaining food quality, hygiene, and allergen awareness Operate within HACCP and infection control procedures Requirements (for both roles): QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification Experience in a healthcare or high-volume catering setting Up-to-date knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cook-chill processes Legal Right to Work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance Ability to provide 5 years of work references Strong communication and time management skills Flexible for weekday and weekend shifts on a rota basis Salary & Benefits: €21.58 per Hour Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays Staff meals provided daily Shuttle bus available from village centre Chance to go from Temporary to Permanent in role Ongoing support from office and out-of-hours teams Opportunity to contribute directly to patient care Pathway for upskilling and future opportunities Skills: HACCP Lead a team Meal preperation Benefits: Staff meals provided daily Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays
