Customer Journey & Operations Support Agent
Aran Sweater Market & Weavers of Ireland is an Irish heritage brand with a global customer base.
We are looking for Customer Journey & Operations Support Agents to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience across our online, in-store, and warehouse channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Customer Care: Be the friendly, first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Provide advice, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
* Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online orders for dispatch, ensuring everything is correct and ready for customers.
* Returns & Exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently, update systems, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
* Operational Support: Assist with stock checks, replenishment, warehouse organisation, and shop transfers to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
* Social Media Engagement: Respond to customer queries on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong attention to detail with great organisational skills.
* Clear and confident communicator (both written and spoken English).
* Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
* Initiative to solve problems and keep things moving.
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or operations is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
