is the Dublin-based asset management subsidiary of FinecoBank S.p.A. ("FinecoBank").
FinecoBank is a leading European bank with over 25 years of history and a fully digital DNA, operating with a branchless model from the outset.
It offers a broad product range, providing a one-stop solution that includes trading, investment, and payment services.
Fineco has developed a 100% proprietary platform supporting trading and investment across all customer needs, including listed and OTC products, mutual funds, and ETFs, alongside banking and payment solutions for domestic and international clients.
FAM
was established in May 2018 and is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as a UCITS Management Company.
It manages assets across more than 200 investment products.
FAM focuses on fund-of-funds and single-strategy funds, managed both internally and externally in partnership with leading investment managers.
In addition to portfolio management, FAM houses key support and control functions locally, including Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Legal.
The company started with five employees and has grown to around 90 full-time employees with continued expansion.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Fund Solutions within Investments, you will join an analytical, curious, and collaborative team.
The role focuses on developing, sharing, and debating investment ideas to deliver performance across the fund-of-funds for the benefit of clients.
You will leverage your investment knowledge, market analysis, and fund research expertise to drive positive results.
Using the firm's data analytics, you will monitor your ideas, assess their impact on client portfolios, and ensure effective trade implementation.
You will also play a key role in the ongoing due diligence of delegated mandates.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and review investments to deliver positive outcomes for fund-of-funds and end clients, in collaboration with colleagues.
Assist in the formulation of investment views and asset allocation strategy.
Attend manager meetings and make fund selection recommendations.
Participate in ongoing formal due diligence of delegated mandates.
Develop broad knowledge of fund-of-funds to challenge and refine investment ideas.
Implement fund and derivative trades effectively across portfolios.
Work with the wider investment team and other departments to enhance processes and ensure operational excellence.
Contribute to business development through projects, fund launches, committees, and other strategic initiatives.
Build strong internal and external relationships, representing the investment team and process where appropriate.
Key Requirements
8+ years'
experience in a multi-asset portfolio management role.
Bachelor's degree (finance or related field preferred).
Proven track record in critically analysing data and arguments to make sound investment decisions.
Demonstrable experience in fund selection, portfolio construction, and asset allocation.
Experience managing and trading fund-of-funds.
Knowledge of and experience with derivatives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Skilled in using systems such as FactSet, Bloomberg, and Morningstar.
Interest and expertise in sustainable investing.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Self-starter with initiative and drive.
