Job Description As part of our centralised Business Support Services Team you will be providing business support to the Dublin office.
The role requires a professional support service with a key focus on skilled customer (internal and external) relationship management and the ability to deal with senior stakeholders within the firm.
The ideal candidate for this role, will be someone with great people skills, strong organisational skills, have an excellent track record of previous professional administrative roles and be a self-starter who can take the initiative to jump in and assist on various projects events.
Key Responsibilities To provide full Business Support to the team ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and in a timely and confidential manner, including but not limited to: Administration including but not limited to: Processing expenses claims AML- On-boarding new clients Supporting with financial management: invoices, debtor collection, reports Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements liaising with internal travel office and develop detailed itineraries Supplier management Filing and maintenance of files in document management solution Tender support tracking Presentation support Filing/Archiving (Virtual/Paper) Post - sorting and distribution Reception cover as required Adobe DocuSign Assisting with event management for internal and external events Assisting with general ad-hoc projects as and when required Qualifications Key Skills and Experience Relevant experience within an office environment Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong attention to detail Excellent administration skills, including advanced ability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook Knowledge of Star Practice Management System and Power Bi is an advantage Understanding the need for working discreetly and maintaining confidentiality Ability to problem solve and work independently as required Ability to prioritise and work well using initiative Additional Information As a colleague here at S W Partners, you will have access to benefits that include: Competitive salary Private medical insurance Life assurance Pension contribution Generous holiday package We are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
