Job Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the ERP strategy in alignment with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks ensuring ERP standardization, compliance, and risk management.
- Oversee ERP-related budgets, vendor contracts, and system performance for scalability and continuity.
- Lead enterprise-wide ERP projects including implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional integrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical ERP solutions through close collaboration with leadership and IT.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing ERP team while promoting innovation and accountability.
- Provide training strategies for end users and technical staff to enhance ERP proficiency.
- Act as a thought leader, advising stakeholders on ERP trends, best practices, and future enhancements.
- Support creation of business cases to validate ERP investments and ensure ROI.
- Regular travel to sites across Europe and the US is required.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of ERP management experience with leadership roles in systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
- 4+ years in a commercial or business-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Proven expertise in financial and contract management, system integration, and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, GxP).
- Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms and digital transformation strategies.
- Proficiency in BI/analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Professional ERP certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
