This is a key hire as part of their long-term investment in the Irish market.
The Role: This is a senior-level field sales role, focused on securing specifications and driving product selection with Tier 1 residential contractors, architects, and interior designers.
You'll work across large-scale residential developments, positioning a premium KBB offering that is ultimately fulfilled via a retail partner network.
The role is a mix of specification sales and contractor relationship management, ideally suited to someone with experience in interior finishes or other later-stage construction products.
You'll manage existing relationships and actively develop new opportunities across key residential projects in the ROI market.
What We're Looking For: Strong field sales background with experience selling into main contractors, subcontractors, or architects Ideally from the KBB sector, or related interior finishings such as windows, doors, insulation, lighting, ceilings, or flooring Experience working on later stages of large-scale residential construction projects Proven ability to influence at the contractor and designer level, and manage longer sales cycles Ideally based in Leinster or the Midlands, but open for the right person elsewhere in ROI Full clean driving licence required The Package: Base Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 (DOE) Bonus: €20,000 - €30,000 OTE Company Car Mobile & Laptop Pension & Private Healthcare 25 Days Annual Leave This is a commercially focused, project-driven role with real responsibility and long-term growth potential.
