As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by partnering with technology leaders to bring new talent into the business.
Responsibilities:
* Recruit for roles across Software Engineering, QA Engineering, and Engineering Leadership working closely with leaders.
* Partner with supportive technically strong leaders to drive delivery focused hiring strategies.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role you must have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including in-house experience. You should also have advanced sourcing skills: talent mapping passive outreach market insights and confident use of ATS/HRIS systems sourcing tools and reporting dashboards.
