Job Title: Procurement Manager
This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Procurement Manager.
* Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
* Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection and performance monitoring.
* Negotiate favourable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maximise value.
* Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
* Monitor market trends and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
* Manage supplier relationships, ensuring strong communication and resolving any invoice issues or disputes effectively.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to Procurement team members, to help them progress within the company.
* Ensure ESG compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
