Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operational management of our food service operations in Dublin.
* Operational Leadership: Direct the strategic development and implementation of catering, hospitality, and event operations across multiple sites.
* Team Leadership: Manage a large team of approximately 150 employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
* Client Partnership: Act as the key point of contact for clients' Food Program teams, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
* Commercial Management: Develop and execute plans to drive financial performance and optimize commercial outcomes.
