Roughan & O'Donovan (ROD) is looking to recruit an administrator with a minimum of three years' relevant experience for a 12-month contract position in Waterford City.

Responsibilities
Work in a busy Construction Site Office.
Maintain projects database content and run reports.
Assist with hard/soft copy project filing.
Provide administrative support to project staff.
Coordinate, attend and take minutes at project meetings/workshops.
Coordinate and collate input for weekly/monthly project client reports.
Update incoming and outgoing document management registers in Excel.
Implement a project document management strategy.
Undertake typing and other secretarial/office support duties as may arise.
Experience of producing meeting agendas and minute-taking.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Experience of learning new computer software systems.
Excellent attention to detail and experience in data input.
Ability to keep systems/records updated.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Flexibility and good work ethic.
Previous experience maintaining document management systems.
