We're Hiring – Full-Time Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at The Links Restaurant, a modern restaurant with a bar open to both the public and golfers — the perfect place to enjoy great food after a round on our links.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a busy kitchen, excellent cooking skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, following recipes and specifications
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Ensure all food is prepared and presented consistently and on time
* Help with menu preparation and contribute creative ideas for specials
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised work station
* Monitor stock levels for your section and report shortages promptly
* Comply fully with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
* Support and train junior staff when required
* Work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
* Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
* Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with good communication skills
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
* HACCP training is an advantage
