Job Overview:
The role of the Clerical Officer Grade V involves providing administrative support to a team of four staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the booking and management of appointments and clinics.
* Assist with appointment bookings and referrals as needed.
* Monitor team work, complete time returns, and return KPI data.
* Deputize for the service manager when required.
Requirements:
