What You Will Do
We have a vacancy for a
Service Delivery Manager (Urban Team)
- working to ensure all service and maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant maintenance contracts.
Supporting the CCTV installs / maintenance teams across all inspections, faults, installations, commissioning, and any chargeable work is completed with safety in mind.
You will also:
Ensuring commercial contracts and arrangements are reviewed, risk assessed and adhere to all company technical and safety requirements.
Managing the team of Delivery Managers and Senior Technicians ensuring the key tasks described below are met.
Double-checking that all work is only conducted once there is an agreed form of written contract in place between the company and the customer.
Cooperating with other team members to ensure all operations and work are completed - meet company, statutory and contractual requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrate experience with Installations & Maintenance (Electrical).
Project Management qualification
Experience in a Supervisory/Management role is essential
Strong communication skills including written, verbal, report writing and presentations to the Senior Leadership teams.
