* A starting salary of €74,000 for a Trainee Area Manager
* A maximum salary of €114,000 after 3 years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Management of a district with line manager responsibility for all store managers within your district
2. Ensuring a positive and motivated work environment and smooth, effective collaboration
3. Developing, supporting, and coaching store managers within your district
4. Analysing and optimising stock movements
5. Completing district tours with sales executives
6. Completing regular cash management checks
7. Supporting projects through analysis and provision of feedback
8. Overseeing store refurbishment, new openings, and re-openings
9. Creating and implementing annual business plans for your district
10. Planning KPIs and store staffing structure for your district
11. Supporting the implementation of the company strategy in your district
12. Preparing for and participating in Area Manager meetings
Requirements:
* A minimum of a 2.1 degree in any discipline or 3+ years of management experience
* Excellent communication, planning, organisation, and analytical skills
* A full driving licence (required)
* Organised, flexible, motivated, and a hard-working leader
* Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
* Strong interest in developing a career in retail
* Multi-site experience as an Area Manager would be an advantage
