We are looking for an experiencedPublic Policy Managerto help drive regulatory compliance across our Content Policy organization to join their team. This role sits at the intersection of policy, regulation, and platform governance, and requires strong cross-functional collaboration, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills. This is an 11 month contract.Responsibilities:Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet regulatory obligations across the Content Policy organizationDraft clear, accurate responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) related to content policies and compliance strategiesSupport the development and delivery of regulatory Transparency ReportsManage regulatory escalations related to freedom of expression and content governanceBuild strong working relationships and understand the perspectives of internal partners, including Governance, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Public Policy, Human Rights Policy, Content Policy, Communications, and Trust & Safety teamsAct as an escalation point of contact and manage internal communications for policy issues, including participation in on-call rotations within the relevant timezone (with potential for irregular hours)Minimum Qualifications:6+ years of experience in tech policy, law, integrity compliance, human rights, government, or risk management, with a focus on platforms and technologyExperience working on internet or social media content issuesFamiliarity with platform content policies and enforcement standardsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsProven experience working cross-functionally and building consensus across teamsUnderstanding of digital platforms, products, and core governance principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGet in touch today
