We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our international organization.

About the Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of key HR functions, including payroll, project management, compliance, and systems implementation.
You will play a vital role in supporting senior leadership and driving continuous improvement across HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee payroll for UK and Ireland, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and coordination with external providers.
* Lead HR initiatives and strategic projects, including the implementation of a new HRIS (Workday), policy development, and employee engagement programs.
* Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief of People.
* Maintain up-to-date, compliant HR records and documentation.
* Identify and implement process improvements across HR operations to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer role, responsible for payroll and HR project delivery.
You should have strong knowledge of employment law and payroll practices across the UK and Ireland.
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
You should be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion are also required.
Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is advantageous.
CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.
