Support Analyst – Contract (Hybrid, Cork)
On behalf of my client in Cork I'm seeking an experienced Support Analyst for a contract role based in Cork, operating in a hybrid working model. This role will focus on providing technical support, diagnosing system issues, and contributing to ongoing improvements across systems and processes.
You will manage and triage support tickets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, investigate and resolve issues across multiple systems, and identify recurring problems to help drive long-term solutions.
Key requirements:
