Our client are recruiting for a Commercial Sales Manager.
This role would suit a high energy, driven sales person who is keen to drive a good business forward.

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and progress the right opportunities from initial meeting through to bid stage
Maintain momentum across all live deals – no opportunity to stall without a documented next action
Drive the sales process with structure: qualification, proposal, follow-up, close
Escalate the right deals to the MD for strategic or contractual positioning support
Partnerships and opportunity development
Increase opportunity flow through strategic relationships and referral channels.
Engage with partners including Kingspan, solar providers, surveyors, and consultants to unlock joint opportunities
Leverage existing relationships within the contractor network to develop asbestos referral pipeline
Support joint client engagement where a partner relationship strengthens Gravity's positioning
Requirements and competencies
High output and high energy – this is a volume role and the pace is non-negotiable
High agency – drives activity independently, without requiring direction or prompting
Structured and disciplined – maintains pipeline hygiene, follows up without being chased, tracks every live deal
Commercially aware – understands value creation and margin, not just headline price
Strong at senior-level communication – clear, confident, and persuasive in a boardroom
Competitive but team-aligned – strong personal drive without disrupting the wider team
