Key Responsibilities and Expectations

* Analyse needs and contribute significantly to individualised care planning, ensuring tailored support for each service user.
* Mentor new staff members by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth within their roles.
* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate ongoing training sessions that enhance the skills of existing staff members.
Suitable Candidate Profile:To be considered for this role you should have;
Skillset: A minimum Level 7 Nursing Degree is required along with valid NMBI registration. Previous experience as a supervisor or manager is necessary too. Aspiring candidates must possess solid experience managing regulated services effectively. A management qualification at level six (with intent on higher levels) would add substantial benefits but isn't necessarily mandatory if successful applicants show willingness supported by our resources). ,
