HR Manager Location- Dublin Salary - €55-€65k Due to ongoing growth, a well-known organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR function, reporting to the Director of People. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HR function, ensuring that best practices are provided to staff and senior management. Act as the subject matter expert in all employee relations issues. Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Issue contracts, coordinate appraisals, and manage disciplinary processes. Serve as the main point of contact for line managers on HR-related matters. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Requirements: Third-level qualification in HR or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in an HR management role. Previous experience working in a unionised environment
