Experienced signage metal/wood fitterWe're looking for a Signage Fitter to join our growing installation team. This is a practical, hands-on role involving the fabrication, assembly, and fitting of high-quality signage across a wide variety of projects from retail and interiors to vehicle and commercial installations.We're open to any skill level from experienced fitters to those just starting out in their career. Full training and on-the-job development will be provided. For the right person, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term, multi-skilled trade career within a supportive and professional team.You'll gain exposure to a range of skills including basic electrics, metal fabrication, vinyl application, and installation techniques.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall a wide range of internal and external signage systems to a high standard.Assist in the preparation, assembly, and finishing of signage in the workshop.Work from drawings and instructions to ensure accurate, professional installations.Operate tools and equipment safely, following company and site safety standards.Travel to customer sites nationwide (and occasionally to the UK) — overnight stays may be required.Ensure full compliance with health & safety policies, including safe working at heights.Represent the company positively on site, liaising professionally with clients and contractors.Support other areas of the business such as fabrication, electrics, or vehicle graphics as needed.Essential:Good practical or trade aptitude — this role suits both beginners and experienced tradespeople.Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.Full clean driver's licence.Reliable, punctual, and willing to travel.Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.Desirable:Previous experience in signage fitting, joinery, electrical, fabrication, or construction work.Safe Pass, Manual Handling, MEWP, or Working at Heights certification (training can be provided).Basic understanding of electrical components or LED lighting (advantageous, not essential).Job Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Emyvale, Co Monaghan, CO.
